FAQs:
So if I subscribe today, make a design request, I'll get it in 2 days?
Generally, yes! Note that larger requests can take longer. If your request is "build me a twenty page website" it’ll get broken down into smaller chunks, but even on a large request, you'll see progress every two days or so.
How do I make requests?
After you subscribe, you'll get onboarded onto a design board where you’ll add requests. There you can start adding requests, which can be in pretty much any format. So you could drop in a live Google Doc with a list of your needs, or send a Loom video, etc.
Why not hire a designer / photographer / agency?
Agencies, editors, full-time designers are much more expensive and can be difficult to manage. We’ve also rolled these services into a single product — with the goal of accelerating your web and portfolio needs. By working with ARKO, you'll save a lot of money while getting world-class design and content.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Unlimited requests! Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
What if I only have a single request?
That’s fine, you can pause your subscription and bank the remaining days for later. If you think you have a unique use case, feel free to email us at hello@arkophoto.com
How does the "Pause" feature work?
Just like it sounds: you can pause your membership and save the remaining days to use later. This is great if you only have a couple projects to shoot, or if you just need a little bit of design work.
Billing cycles are based on 30-day period, so let’s say you used our service for 20 days, and then decided to pause. You’ve already paid for the month and you’ll have 10 days of service to be used in the future when you’re ready again.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Yes, if you choose to cancel service, you will receive a refund for the remainder of your unused time for the month.
